Panic: If your aunt's restaurant is the only place you don't panic obviously there are some comforting factors there. More importantly you need to analyze and understand what is it that's causing you to be insecure at other places. Some people panic in open spaces in public, some people panic if exposed to situations that have previously traumatized them. Seek systematic desensitization from a therapist.
