A member asked:

I have a habit of not eating all day then binging in the evening-is this bad?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Most likely: The human body was designed to eat small meals throughout the day. There is some data to suggest eating all in one meal is hard on the system viz. Sugar/insulation regulation and more likely towards fat storage than if you eat small meals.
