Possibly: If your breasts are large/ heavy and cause pain of neck, back or breasts- that is a reason some women desire smaller breasts. Some women desire smaller breasts so that they will appear more slender ; will have a wider variety of clothing options available. I think "normal" depends on what the issues are.
