Penile Discharge: If you did not get tested or treated then you probably have 'recovered' enough to be asymptomatic but that does not mean you are not still contagious for either chlamydia or gonorrhea or both. Please get to your doctor for testing or to the std clinic.

Most likely cause of penis pain? Started as mild discomfort when peeing but now urinating is fine, the base of behind the penis hurts, even worse when erect. Feels like a persistent 'fractured bone' kinda feeling. No discharge etc?
