Vague: Those are vague symptoms. It could be anything. It could just be a flu or stomach flu or a cold or just anxiety. It could be stress, depression, electrolyte imbalance, lack of sleep or more. Just get plenty of rest, drink fluids and eat properly. Get enough sleep. Take a multivitamin in the morning. Learn to relax and control stress and anxiety in your life. If more symptoms see your physician.
