Complicated: Just because you got a period doesn't mean you are ovulating. In addition, with a history of chlamydia, tubal damage (obstruction) can be an issue to getting pregnant. Consult your OB gyn to consider a hsg to document tubal patency and ovulation can be assessed with otc ovulation predictor kit beginning around day 12 of your next cycle.
