Acromegaly: Patient's extremities usually get larger than they used to be. People who are wearing rings can tell those become tighter. Facial features become more prominent, but mostly the extremities enlarge in size. Some complain of visual troubles due to pituitary tumors causing pressure on the optic nerves.
