Leg pain: It's difficult to diagnose sudden onset of pain in both legs w/o any further information. The fact that over-the-counter pain medication isn't helping means that you need to go see your doctor. The cause of this could be anything from muscle strain to pinched nerve from herniated disk to infection (cellulitis or abscess). Don't wait for numbness, tingling, weakness, incontinence or fevers/sweats/c.
