Possible: Hematuria, or blood in the urine, is infection (including tuberculosis), or malignancy until proven otherwise. It may represent stones in the urinary collecting system, or may represent some anatomical variant. This cannot be diagnosed on the internet. See a urologist and be thoroughly evaluated. Good luck.
