Stay active: Depending on the exact nature of your condition, you may prefer the warmth ( though cold is better for others). Physical activities including regular cardiovascular activity (fast walking counts) for 30 minutes 5x/wk plus a gentle stretching program ( that moves all your limbs- you don't need to sit and hold the mucked in 1 position) can help keep your body functioning at its best potential.

See details: Generally temps do not effect joint pain all that much. Humidity and drops in barometric pressure have greater effect. Beware trying to treat autoimmune causes of arthritis by so-called natural means. These are systemic inflammatory diseases that carry great risk. See a rheumatologist.
