Possibly: It's very normal to have side pains in pregnancy, so it's difficult to tell if it's due to normal round ligament pain which all women experience in pregnancy versus a hydrosalpinx (fluid on the tube). You can talk with your doctor and he/she may want to perform an ultrasound. Hope you feel better soon!
