Not during pregnancy or illness or anything special, is it possible to have an innocent diastolic murmur? or just systolic and continuous? thanks!

No such thing: There are no innocent diastolic murmurs, the degree of pathology may however differ, for example mild versus severe aortic valve regurgitation. There are other phenomena that maybe confused as a diastolic murmur for example a venous hum is a benign phenomenon however it is heard throughout the cardiac cycle.
