No spot reduction: There is no such thing as non-surgical, non-invasive fat/weight reduction. Good nutrition & regular exercise are key to health & proper weight. Brightly or darkly colored fruits & vegetables plus whole grains, healthy fats like olive oil & avocados, lean proteins & regular physical activity are important. But nothing short of surgery or liposuction will remove fat just from thighs.
