See your doctor: Typically having a tubal ligation wouldn't also cause cessation of your menstrual cycle. I would make an appointment with a gynecologist. Maybe you have a cyst a polyp or a fibroid that's causing your cramps? 35 years of age is too young to stop menstruating, your doctor likely needs to run some tests to check up on this as well. You need some answers. Write all your symptoms down and discuss.
