Yes: Zyprexa (olanzapine) may cause restlessness (akathisia), involuntary movements (tardive dyskinesia and irritability in addition to that it may cause fatigue, apnea, dry mouth, red eye, mydriasis, dizziness, sedation, insomnia, constipation, urinary retention, orthostatic hypotension, heart failure, heart attack, or stroke, weight gain and increased appetite.
