Not used for those: Ashwagandha isn't used for anxiety and insomnia. It's an adaptogen -- the intention is to improve resilience to physiological & psychological stress. You could feel better and sleep better, but ashwagandha's effects are more comprehensive. You can take tea made from the root twice daily, or can use an extract such as from gaia, in capsules twice daily. Products differ, & so do dosages.
