Multifactorial, may lead to sudden cardiac death, acute coronary syndrome, st elevation myocardial infarction, low cardiac output syndrome, pump failure to include some. Depending on severity and location of the area of the coronary that vasoconstricts, this will determine the risks of untoward events.
