Masturbation ???: Masturbation would have no effect to anything in your question. I am not sure what or why this was included in your question. Now alcohol can really affect the efficacy of most medications. If the pharmacy gave you instructions about drinking on your prescription you should follow them to the letter. There will be time to drink after you are better.
