Upper lip freckles : The marks could be indeed freckles. They could be due to may other things such as melasma (seen during or after pregnancy), fixed drug eruption (if you're taking any medications), and sometimes due to genetics (would usually be seen at a younger age). If changing, see your doctor or dermatologist.
