Hi, when I have like a burp my chest kind of hurts and it hurts when I swallow a pill it did today. And I have a slight cough and runny nose? What could it be? Could it be heartburn? Any meds I can take for it? Should I drink hot liquids?
Chest pains middle lower chest when deep breathing. Constantly burping: before, after and when I dont even eat or drink. Feel dizzy; heavy head.
