Probably nit: Fluttering usually occurs between 18-22 weeks. At 9 weeks, intestine movements called peristalsis may be mistaken for fluttering.

Fetal movements: Fetal movements are felt earlier with subsequent pregnancies but not at 9 weeks. I would expect you to be able to discern those at about 16 weeks roughly.

Unlikely : Most women can detect fetal movement by 16 weeks or so the second time around while it is more like 20 the first.Of course the kid has to cooperate.Many are somewhat quiet during pregnancy and some act like soccer players.Earlier issues are likely gas.
