Silalolithiasis : Since it regressed and came back, tumor or persistent infection are less likely. Congenital anomalies or defects can do this but less likely to present at this age. Salivary duct stones are a possibility. Salivary (wharton's) duct stone may also do this. Please consult your doctor or ent/head and neck/oral surgeon.
