A member asked:

How long does it take to heal from a tubuligation reversal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: It depends on how the surgery was done: laparoscopy or laparotomy. For a mini laparotomy it usually takes approximately one month. Every fertility center has different recommendation on when to try and conceive. In our center we usually recommend one month of waiting before attempting a pregnancy. The area around the scar can take a while before feeling normal again.
