Testosterone: Serum total testosterone should be measured between 7am and 10 am. This is when the value is highest. Please have the physician re-measure it during this time for diagnosis. Since it was drawn at 12 pm, your value will be lower than it is earlier in the morning. The value of 7.6 nmol/l is low, so this should be rechecked. If testosterone remains low, you will need full medical evaluation.
