Conception after OCP: You can stop the pills at any point. You will have a "period" then expect to ovulate approximately 14 days after the first day of your "period" depending on the length of your cycle.

OK to stop now: It's fine to stop mid-pack, although you may have some irregular bleeding. Typically ovulation will occur two weeks after stopping, but may be delayed several months in some women.
