Mostly shoulder: Crepitus or crunching sounds or sensations in the shoulder can be arthritis in the ac joint, bursitis in the subacromial or sub scapular area or arthritis in the true shoulder joint. Since its uncomfortable, it would be worthwhile to have it evaluated.
