Possibly: The ssris often have as a side effect a reduction in sex drive and they could be used for reducing hypersexuality. Another way that ssris are used in sexual conditions is when ssris are used to reduce premature ejaculation. However, it is safest for someone struggling with hypersexuality to be properly evaluated psychiatrically because this symptom occurs in bipolar mania which ssris can worsen.
