Cellular destruction: Heay burns an d destroys the cells and tissue of your tongue and any other part of your body. Not spices are a totally different thing. Spice does not kill the cells.

Lots of Causes: There are several tongue conditions which can cause those symptoms. Most of them are common and pretty harmless, but some of them can be more serious, so you should have that checked by an oral surgeon, ent, or a dentist. It will give you peace of mind to know what's going on and how to handle it. Don't take any chances with your health. Get some help.
