how common is it to have minor breathing trouble and dizziness 14 hrs after drinking?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Mark Loury
38 years experience ENT and Head and Neck Surgery
Yes: Alcohol increases blood flow to peripheral tissues causing nasal congestion. The dizziness is from alcohol concentration declining from inner ear fluids as it is metabolized. Dizziness means you have had too much. Be careful.
