See a doctor: I am hoping that you just attempting to describe a withdrawal phenomenon that involves mainly insomnia. In this case, i would recommend talking to a physician either in a clinic or emergency department about your situation. And consider melatonin or an antihistamine for sleep if they ok it. Alcohol for sleep is usually a slippery slope to worse problems and so it is best to get medical help.
