There are many: Possible mental and physical causes for ed. Check w/your doctor. Avoid toxins such as tobacco, alcohol, certain medications, anabolic steroids, heat, trauma, etc. Take some deep breaths and relax while you're waiting to see the doc. Stress only makes it worse.
