Call your OB MD: Sometimes fetal movement decreases normally, but to be 100% sure call your OB and often a fetal monitor will be used for a period of time to determine fetal activity as a "test".

Fetal activity: Normal fetal activity, the kicks and movements you feel during pregnancy, is a good indicator of fetal well-being. If you don't feel your baby move daily you should call your doctor. It can be a sign that your baby is in distress.
