Likely hi c/s sp/st : Which one started first, neck stiffness first then dizziness, or dizziness first followed by stiffness, or this they both. Or did they come on at the same time? Ant accident recent viral infections? Any fevers? Any new medications? Re post with more details please ti get a better answer.
