What can one take for constant fatigue when on periods?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Consider OCP: When women have a lot of fatigue when on periods, they typically have excess prostaglandins. Ibuprofen can help with this when you're on your period. You may want also to consider menstrual suppression.... Taking birth control in a continuous fashion so that you only have 4 periods a year. This could alleviate some of the fatigue you have with your cycle. Talk to your doctor about these option.
