Pregnant or LOSS: If a pregnancy test is positive is usually means you are pregnant or were pregnant. If you had significant bleeding then the odds of being pregnant are low but not zero. You may have had an early miscarriage (which are very common) but an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy is also a possiblity and needs to be considered . Follow up pregnancy tests (bhcg quant) and/or ultrasound may be needed.

Real period?: Did you bleed normally? If not, it may have been implantation bleeding.
