Yes: Yes, the human body contains all kind of bacteria. Some of the bacteria we have is good bacteria. Just clean yourself regularly in the shower with soap and water and it is enough. You should not try to get rid of the good bacteria as these are needed and healthy part of normal functioning.

Symbiotic relation: Bacteria are present throughout the huma skin, respiratory mucosa and intestinal tract. Majority of disease serve a positive purpose and getting rid of them for no reason will result in harm. Viruses can also be seen but not considered part of the normal flora. Can use get water and soap for added hygiene but do not do it because your want to get rid of the impossible.
