Few things: Are the episodes random? Or are they clustered, happening night after night? If you are in your late 40's, and female with clustered sweats, this could be hormonal. If you are male, or younger female, or older female, or if the episodes are random, please see your doctor to get evaluated, as this could be something very serious, like lymphoma.
