Diarrhea.: You are in pain because of the gas and toxin produced by the infectious organism. The pain can come in waves, as seems to be the case by you. Aside from diet you can use a hot water bottle or heating pad to relieve your pain. Ibuprofen can also be of help beside abland diet.
