Yes between 0.7-2.4%: In general the chance of a successful pregnancy is low. However a review article in 2008 suggests the 0.7 to 2.4% pregnancy rate after an endometrial ablation. This is high enough to use another effective form or birth control until menopause. If pregnancy occurs there are more frequent complications and tubal sterilization may often increased pain with periods.
