Outside: She can get ringworm on the outer skin but a yeast infection inside. It is less common than in men. Women are more prone to yeast infections rather than ringworm in this area.

Vaginitis: Well, women can get fungal infections of the vagina. This is caused by a yeast called candida. Technically it is not "ringworm" but it is a fungal infection.
