Yes: Hydrocodone is very constipating so it would be common to have diarrhea when going off after an extended time. The nausea is part of the withdrawal phase. You can take otc med for diarrhea and just try to eat healthy and let your body get used to its new circumstances. If you continue to have problems then see a rehab specialist or you can start with your primary care doctor. Good luck.

Seriously?: Taking hydrocodone for months is extremely rare and generally unacceptable! addiction is a serious possibility and you may be experiencing withdrawal. Contact your dentist or physician.

See your dentist : Go back to your dentist so he can determine if you need antibiotics and any other treatment or just a referral to a physician.
