PCR test: There are several answers but the most universal is the polymerase chain reaction test used to multiply dna sampling to determine pathogens and also for use in legal specimen procedures. It can also be used for human genetic testing for disease incidence and susceptibility.

Many tests use PCR: As one method in the process.
