Yes and no: I not aware of a direct effect on sunlight on heart rate but heat and temperature does. If it is hot or if your temperature is up then the heart rate will go up. Do an experiment check your pulse indoors in warm temps while being exposed to the sunlight versus checking it outside in direct sunlight. Check the abient temperature difference.
