What would be the odds of a woman who had uterus ablation, tubal ligation getting pregnant when she/partner used perfect withdrawal and plan b in 24hr?

Very little chance: Tubal ligation by itself has a failure rate of 1in300 to 500. Ablation, while not a method of birth control destroys the lining where the pregnancy would implant. Unless your ablation/tubal ligation was done less than 6 weeks ago i would guess the chance is more like 1in500 or less. I tell my patients no unprotected sex until 6 weeks out from tubal ligation.
