Diet and exercise : Take your meds as prescribed by your dr. The best advice i can give you is to eat healthy and stay active. Avoid processed foods, anything with high fructose corn syrup like soft drinks, juices and pastries, avoid trans and saturated fats, instead eat whole food and a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and fiber. Exercise on a regular basis.
