Don't be sad- : Get into action! it is understandable if you are freaked out- take a deep breath; either go to your primary care doctor or else, to your local public health department or std clinic. They will be able to do urine (for gonorrhea and chlamydia) or blood tests (hiv screen, RPR for syphilis, as well as serologies for hepatitis b, mono, herpes) based on the interview and physical exam.
