Cyst: Most likely what you have is bartholine gland cyst. It's a benign condition but occasionally it may get infected. In that case, you will need to be treated with antibiotics and drainage is often done as well. Although, i don't think what you describe is bad, but i would still advise that you have it checked by your doc.
