Self tests: There are several self tests inquiring about symptoms that might suggest early dementia. One of my favorites is called sage (from ohio state) and there are several versions. Usually your doctor can provide that, or other tests. Also visit the alzheimer's websites for options. In the long run as there can be many causes for cognitive problems, see your doctor; they can help or refer.
