2 ways: 1-use a floss threader to thread the floss under the retainer or 2-wrap the floss all the way around the tooth, tooth by tooth and use a shoe shine motion and the floss will slip under the retained. Ask your hygienist, dentist or orthodontist to show you how to do this if you have any problem doing it.

Use floss threader: You need to use a floss threader to loop the floss under the bonding then pull the floss through and then floss. Ask your dentist or hygienist to demonstrate the technique.

Flossing: Flossing around bonded retainers is a bit challenging. It requires using either a floss threader or "super floss" to feed the floss under the retainer. Once that is done then flossing the space between the teeth is fairly simple.
