I have really bad periods so is there a way to make them go by or end sooner?

Sure: First, find out why the periods are so bad. Is there an abnormal growth in the uterus? Is there a hormone problem? Could any medication make the period worse? Any coaulation problem? Etc., etc.. Most bad periods can be helped.
